Ntën Heyvō Vrët

Ntën Heyvō Vrët (/ntɛn/ /ˈhejvoː/ [infinite] [clue]) is a subtropical Town located in Pimez̄ula Zone, Mijlequni District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Ntën Heyvō Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Ntën Heyvō Vrët was founded by Ghadunra Drimorlas, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Ntën Heyvō Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Overview

Ntën Heyvō Vrët was founded durring the early 11th century, by Ghadunra Drimorlas. The establishment of Ntën Heyvō Vrët was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Ntën Heyvō Vrët's construction back out of the project. Ghadunra Drimorlas pushed on reguardles, and Ntën Heyvō Vrët was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Ntën Heyvō Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ntën Heyvō Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Ntën Heyvō Vrët is is constructed arround a series of premissive flagstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Astonishigly, the robustly designed timber walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Ntën Heyvō Vrët shows Ntën Heyvō Vrët as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
